Finding work in the Entertainment industry
I have a good friend who recently packed her bags and moved to California to be an actress. It’s a common story. Some people go to New York to pursue a career in music. Some people head for the sun in L.A.
I encourage anyone with dreams of working for a big film company or record label to go for it but don’t miss opportunities in your own backyard. Keep an eye out for events in your City or town. Let people know what you are trying to do and keep pluggin’ away. If it was easy everyone would be doing it.
Read biographies of people who have made it. Surround yourself with positive people who will keep you motivated and BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!! If you don’t nobody will.
